Each piece is handmade with care using beautiful beads, crystals, charms and plated details. To help it stay looking lovely for longer, avoid water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals, and store it somewhere dry when not being worn. As every piece is handmade, slight variations may happen, which is all part of the charm.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are usually packed and sent within 1–3 working days. Delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout. Tracking will be sent over once your parcel has been posted.
Returns
As these pieces are handmade, returns aren’t usually accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll always do my best to help.
