Shipping policy

I aim to dispatch ready-made items within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated.

Custom, personalised, or made-to-order pieces may take longer. Any estimated turnaround time will be shown in the product listing where relevant.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the postal service. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched, but if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at prettyunhingedxo@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can look into it.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.
