Refund policy

If you purchase a ready-made, non-personalised item from our website, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please contact us at prettyunhingedxo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Custom-made, personalised, and bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at prettyunhingedxo@gmail.com so we can help.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked.
