Important Booking Infomation
Please read this information carefully before booking. By paying a booking fee and securing an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the policies below.
Booking Fees
A booking fee is required to secure every appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until this has been received
The booking fee reserves your date and time and contributes towards the administration, consultation and preparation involved in your appointment. For tattoo bookings, this may also include design planning and drawing time.
Your booking fee will be deducted from the remaining balance unless stated otherwise.
Booking fees are non-refundable if you cancel, fail to attend or do not give the required notice to reschedule.
Rescheduling
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to move an appointment.
With at least 72 hours’ notice, your booking fee may be transferred once to another available date.
With less than 72 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be lost and a new booking fee will be required to secure another appointment.
Repeated rescheduling may result in your appointment being cancelled and future bookings being refused.
Cancellations
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Booking fees are non-refundable when an appointment is cancelled by the client, as the time has been reserved specifically for you and may no longer be possible to refill.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive at your agreed appointment time.
Arriving late will reduce the time available for your appointment, and it will still finish at the original scheduled end time. The full agreed price will remain payable.
If you arrive too late for the service to be completed safely or to a suitable standard, the appointment may be cancelled. Your booking fee will be lost and another booking fee will be required to rebook.
Please message me as soon as possible if you are delayed.
No-Shows
Failing to attend without contacting me will be treated as a no-show.
Your booking fee will be lost, and future appointments may require an increased booking fee or payment in full before being accepted.
Repeated no-shows, short-notice cancellations or failure to communicate may result in future bookings being refused.
Appointment Times
Your booked appointment time includes all necessary consultation, preparation, design discussion, stencil placement, small adjustments and reasonable short breaks.
Your appointment will finish at the scheduled end time. If additional work is required, another paid appointment will need to be arranged.
Unused time cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for another service.
Tattoo Designs
Custom tattoo designs are prepared using the information, measurements and reference images provided during your enquiry.
I usually prepare and send your design during the week of your appointment. This gives you time to look through it and allows us to make reasonable final tweaks before tattoo day.
Small changes are usually fine. Major changes to the concept, style, size or placement may require additional drawing time, a revised quote or a different appointment.
Changing the entire idea shortly before the appointment may result in the appointment being postponed and a new booking fee being required.
Custom designs remain my intellectual property and must not be copied, reproduced or taken to another artist without permission.
Prices and Quotes
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry, including the design, size, placement and estimated appointment length.
The price may change if you request a larger size, different placement, additional detail or significant design changes.
Please provide accurate measurements and clear photographs when enquiring. Quotes based on incorrect or incomplete information may need to be adjusted.
Payments
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Please ensure you have the funds available before attending. Services cannot be completed on the promise of later payment.
Dishonest chargebacks or payment disputes may result in appointment records being provided to the payment provider and all future bookings being refused.
Age and Identification
Body piercings are available from age 12 with a parent or legal guardian present throughout the appointment.
Both the client and parent or guardian must bring valid photographic identification. The parent or guardian must complete and sign the required consent form.
Genital piercings are strictly 18+.
Tattooing and permanent makeup are strictly 18+. Parental consent cannot be used to allow tattooing under the age of 18.
Valid photographic identification must be brought to the appointment. If suitable ID is not provided, the appointment cannot go ahead and the booking fee may be lost.
Guests and Children
Please do not bring anyone with you unless this has been agreed beforehand.
The studio is private and space is limited. Guests must behave respectfully and must not interrupt or interfere with the appointment.
Children cannot attend appointments unless they are the client receiving an agreed piercing and are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
Please arrange suitable childcare before attending.
Medical Information
You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, skin conditions and previous reactions before your appointment.
It is your responsibility to provide honest and accurate information on your consultation and consent form.
Some conditions or medications may mean that your appointment needs to be postponed or that medical approval is required.
I reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if I believe it would be unsafe or unsuitable.
Numbing Cream
You may apply your own numbing cream before your appointment.
Please use a reputable product, follow the manufacturer’s instructions exactly, complete a patch test beforehand and check that it is suitable for you.
You are responsible for purchasing, applying and using it correctly. Please tell me in advance if you plan to use it.
Your appointment may need to be postponed if the product causes irritation, broken skin or a reaction.
Alcohol and Drugs
Do not attend your appointment under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Please avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before tattooing, piercing or permanent makeup.
Your appointment will be refused if you appear intoxicated or unable to give informed consent. Your booking fee will not be transferred in this situation.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Please eat a proper meal beforehand and stay well hydrated.
Wear clean, comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the treatment area. Avoid expensive or delicate clothing, as ink, pigment or other products may stain it.
Please arrive clean and avoid applying fake tan, heavy creams, oils or fragranced products to the treatment area unless instructed otherwise.
Illness and Skin Conditions
Please contact me before attending if you feel unwell or have an infection, rash, wound, irritation or sunburn near the treatment area.
Do not wait until you arrive to disclose this.
Your appointment may need to be postponed for safety. Whether your booking fee can be transferred will depend on the notice given and the circumstances.
Right to Refuse Treatment
I reserve the right to refuse or stop any service due to safety concerns, undisclosed medical information, inappropriate behaviour, unrealistic expectations or a breakdown in trust.
I will not carry out work that I believe is unsafe, unsuitable or cannot realistically be achieved.
Aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, sexual or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. The appointment will end immediately and future bookings will be refused.
Results and Healing
Every client heals differently, so exact healed results cannot be guaranteed.
Results can be affected by skin type, placement, medication, lifestyle, aftercare, picking, scratching and sun exposure.
You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided. Damage caused by poor aftercare may require a paid correction or touch-up.
Touch-Ups
Touch-ups are assessed once the area has healed fully.
Please send a clear, well-lit photograph if you think an area needs checking.
Any complimentary touch-up offered applies only within the stated timeframe and to areas affected by normal healing. It does not cover changes of mind, design alterations, poor aftercare, picking, sun damage or injury.
Photography and Content
Photographs or videos may be taken for treatment records, insurance, portfolio or social media purposes.
Your permission will be requested before identifiable content is shared publicly. Please tell me before the appointment if you do not want your treatment posted online.
Treatment records may still be kept where required for professional, insurance or legal purposes.

Please keep all appointment communication in one place wherever possible.
Messages sent through several different platforms can be difficult to track and may result in important information being missed.
I will not reply immediately but I will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
